Hello. I am writing to inform you of my absolute satisfaction relative to the recent Simrad electronic additions to my boat. From the beginning, working with Bruce he not once rushed through my questions when asking about the various electronic manufacturers. With Bruce’s knowledge he was very patient and informative when it came to me making a product decision. I must be honest, I asked several questions and requested several different revisions to the proposal before selecting a package.
With regards to the rest of the SeaTech Team, Lisa in the office kept me informed of the installation work schedule every step of the way and was very pleasant when speaking on the phone.
Relative to the installation team, unfortunately I do not remember the names of the three man installation crew; however, they did a fantastic job. Boat was kept clean of debris and there was no trash left behind on the driveway where my boat was being serviced.
Lastly, when taking my boat back to the marina to be stored, I noticed the fuel gauge was not working. I put in a service call asking if I could have a service technician come out to diagnose the fuel gauge. At no time was there an excuse not to come out for a service call. Lisa, again very pleasant, scheduled service technician Russ to meet me at my boat. Russ, after a short time diagnosing the problem, explained to me the issue and fixed the fuel gauge. Russ was very professional.
Oh, I can’t forget about Ryan. From the beginning he kept me informed of every step of the way when it came to designing and manufacturing the new custom Chemcast Acrylic dashboard. It turned out perfect!!
All around the SeaTech Team was excellent to work with. Attached are a few before and after photos.

SeaTech neatly installed quality equipment. But, one doesn’t know how good a dealership is until something goes wrong. 2 years later, after continued problems getting the main unit and the autopilot to communicate, SeaTech brought out a great technician who solved the problem on the spot, and updated the software. It is very comforting when a small business stands behind their work! Kudos to SeaTech!
Please pass on my thanks to Rus for his good service in getting my trawler back in service. It has been three months waiting for the boat yard to make the repair.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Chris yesterday. Even though I have become familiar with most of the instruments, he was able to fine tune and give me some very helpful tips. He also was able to repair my antenna issue. He had to locate the part on the boat and was very diligent in getting some answers from Formula. He hung in there and got things taken care of.
I really appreciate that kind of service. I’ll continue to call on Sea Tech for any of my electronic needs or issues.

I stopped by the boat club late Friday afternoon & Russ & Richard were great. They let me watch the rest of installation and answered all my questions. They were very careful, thorough, & cleaned up when they were finished (I REALLY appreciate that) Very pleasant, Good guys!
SeaTech went the extra mile for us. For the last year, we have been a “trawler on the go”. After the first few weeks with our boat, we knew we needed a new GPS UNIT, an AIS system and satellite TV. We contacted Bruce at SeaTech while we were docked in Sanibel. The installations were not easy on this boat, but Chris worked tirelessly to get everything just right. When we wanted a second new GPS unit for the flybridge, they met us in Naples for the installation. When it was discovered that the two new units were not compatible(a Garmin issue), they arranged to have one unit replaced by another dealer while we traveled. That is service!
We would not hesitate to recommend SeaTech or to use them again for any electronics issues. They are knowledgeable, professional and responsive.

Bruce, wanted to reach out to you and say thanks, could have never done it without you, when you decide to make a big investment on something that’s already a big investment you want to do it right. Also reading about everything to put on a boat gets confusing, well that stopped the day I came in and had you educate me on what’s what. After we decided what to order the next step was to install it and that’s where Dan came in, what a blast, treated the boat like it was his and made sure the service after the sale was there, which has been needed, a few things tweaked and Dan was right there, even the owner chipped in one Friday evening because he was near the Marina. So thanks again to everyone at SeaTech that made my experience great.
